Tonight I’ll be playing at the Finding Balance gathering in Franklin TN. I got connected to Finding Balance through founder Contance Rhodes because of my song Little Darling. The set tonight will feature that song as well as some old and new material. I love playing in small acoustic settings like that because it allows me to share the stories behind the songs as well as play some of the more down-tempo material that I’ve written.
I’ve spent the last 24 hours or so soaking up Coldplay’s new live album that they’re giving away for free on their website.
This weekend will be quite fun as I’ll be headed on the road to North Carolina with Lindsey Jones. We’ll be playing in Winston Salem on Saturday evening at Moby’s Coffee as well as Monday at Park Springs family fun day. Who knows, we might just find someplace to play sunday as well.
