“Heal the Sick.” My journey with Jesus’ assignment to every disciple.

For those who have spent any significant amount of time around me in the last few years, none of this is new information. However, this week, I felt the Lord shift my season. Out of obedience, I haven’t posted very many stories about healing online up to this point, but praying for the sick and seeing God heal is very much an every day part of my life. On Monday, I woke up and heard the Lord say, “It’s time to start sharing this with the world.” I believe God intends for healing to be normal practice for all of his disciples. Healing, after all, was the first assignment Jesus gave to all of his disciples, first the 12, then the 72, then all “those who believe” after that.

I can’t wait to share with you some of the amazing testimonies that occur day in and day out. God is still the healer, regardless if you have a headache or brain cancer, flat feet or fibromyalgia, allergies or an aneurysm.

Bless the Lord, oh my soul.
